You could be so comfortable in your body that you have naked dance parties in your bedroom every day...even if there's someone there.
You could walk into a party without making a bee-line for the food to avoid, you know, talking to stranger, and also what if you could not be mad at yourself for doing that cause ugh so many calories.
You never walk away from a conversation saying "shit, why didn't I say THAT?"
You had the courage to take the leap and travel, start a business, or maybe even start singing in a band. You felt so lit up by all the inspiring, soul-aligned shit you get to do to make this world a better place that you couldn't stop smiling.
What if you truly had the confidence and felt free enough to really truly for realsies be yourself. Like for REAL.
When they say "just be you", you know who that is. And you don't cringe when you hear that, because you actually love yourself, inside and out. No more judgement or self criticism. No more shame or insecurity. No more compare and despair. No more confusion or fear. No more feeling fat, tired, or even ugly. (well maybe sometimes but you got this, girl, and you'll know it).
You spend so much of your life trying to fix yourself ...or just get through the week. The job that's paying the bills is not making you happy. Your love life is lacking. And your body is just...ugh. And you're so busy, overwhealmed, and over it that even the idea of living a dreamy magical life is beyond out of reach.
You look around at other women who seem to have it figured out. Confident. Full of energy. Fit. Skinny. Living their best life in their LuLu Lemon pants. It's annoying. And also you long to know what it could be like. Because you know life isn't supposed to feel like this.
You're hungry for more. More love. More sex. More fun. More freedom. More peace. More happy. More real. More magic.
But you're exhausted from the hustle of trying to make it all work. Your body is showing the impact. You're gaining weight or struggling to lose it. Getting out of bed feels like running the marathon you said you would run one day but never have time for. You're moody AF. And don't get you started on your PMS.
You know this is not your best self. And you don't know how to find her. And the idea of a dreamy, magical, soul life seems way out of reach.
What if you could find her again?
What you could have permission to be happy, confident in who you are, at peace in the body you have, and living a soul inspiring life without having to lose 20 pounds first?
Better yet, what if you could write your own damn permission slip to have it?
This is a consciously feminist, rebelliously body positive, lovingly trauma informed, magically soulful, permission-based approach to food, body, sex, love, and life.
